[FR]: Allow customization of the three-dot menu

Description

The three-dot menu cannot be customized in any way. The “Customize Helium” item is placed near the bottom of the menu, which feels out of place. The “About Helium” item is also not positioned at the very bottom.

The problem

The three-dot menu in Helium cannot be customized by users. Items cannot be added, removed, or reordered. Additionally, the “Customize Helium” option is placed near the bottom of the menu, which feels out of place, and the “About Helium” item is not positioned at the very bottom.

Possible solutions

1. Add the ability for users to customize the three-dot menu (add, remove, or reorder items).
2. Remove the “Customize Helium” item from the menu entirely.
3. Move the “About Helium” item to the very bottom of the menu.
