[Bug]: Inconsistent color style for "Follow Device Color“ and predefined colors in dark mode

Have you tested that this is not an upstream issue or an issue with your configuration?

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

As the title says, there is an inconsistent color style for "Follow Device Color“ and predefined colors in dark mode

How to Reproduce?

Set "Follow device color" under dark mode, we can see the following UI.

Actual behavior

For "Follow device color", the UI looks like

But the predefined color, it looks like

Expected behavior

In other words, I think it is less contrasting (or darker?) in predefined colors, and the url bar also looks slightly different -- it looks better to me. Also, it will look more consistent with the light mode settings.
