Make SSH sessions outlast WebSocket connections

When a browser page loses focus (or the whole browser app goes into the background, especially on mobile), the WebSocket connection behind the xterm session gets closed, and the server drops the corresponding SSH connection to the VM. The UX can be improved by making the server keep the SSH connection for some time so that the re-focused browser page gets a chance to re-establish the xterm connection to the existing SSH session.
