Add shutdown and destroy tasks

Use case: when the playground reaches the TTL and shuts down (saving the snapshot), the shutdown task could clean up caches to spare some space.

Destroy task could deregister the app from some external service (lower priority).

Could be a termination hook task that gets called when the playground is about to be terminated.
