Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm trying to run Prek via jj in a such a way that the overall jj run will fail if a file is changed by a hook or a hook fails, but will also apply those file changes to the revision. Similar to default Prek/Pre-Commit behaviour, but running across multiple revisions at once.
Describe the solution you'd like
A flag added to jj run so it will keep changes made even if the process exits with a failure.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding || true to the end of the prek run command. Not ideal as then we don't get a non-zero exit code returned from jj run
Additional context
To get the file change detection working we have to symlink the .git directory from the main workspace into the jj run workspace. Without this Prek doesn't notice changes and doesn't fail.
