This fixes two regressions present in the v1.11.0 release: Fix build on 32bit systems, Windows, and Plan 9 (#1253). Named []byte types and pointers to []byte (e.g. *[]byte, json.RawMessage) would be treated as an array instead of bytea (#1252).
