I put the iPhone into developer mode just in case, then I write any command after irecovery -s and this is the output

This is not how recovery works. You need to upload signed images for that particular device and then it can accept it. A few commands you can try are getenv (e.g. getenv auto-boot) or setenv (e.g. setenv auto-boot true), or saveenv.

Ok, but iphone have iboot, and iboot have communication over usb like read memory and write memory change boot and jump to address.
