--list-versions not returning versions of tvOS apps, which may mean previous app versions cannot be downloaded

What happened?

Hi Majd. Thanks very much for your work on this software

I'm having problems downloading previous versions of tvOS apps, i.e. versions of apps that are not the latest App Store version

e.g. I search for the app "KS Player" on the App Store:

ipatool search "ksplayer" --platform "appletv"

I successfully download the latest tvOS app version with the parameters below (i.e. the parameters will default to the latest App Store version). This works correctly and the app installs on my Apple TV box (using Xcode or other methods). This also emphases that a tvOS build does exist.

ipatool download -b "com.kintan.tracy" --platform "appletv"

However I am unable to successful download previous versions of tvOS apps, i.e. versions of apps that are not the latest App Store version

I list the available app versions:

ipatool list-versions -b "com.kintan.tracy"

I try to download the required app version, in this case it's the last but one App Store version:

ipatool download -b "com.kintan.tracy" --external-version-id "887541980" --platform "appletv"

Which returns the error: "ERR error="failed to validate package platform: downloaded package does not declare AppleTVOS support" success=false"

The reason I think this may be a problem related to --list-versions is --external-version-id "887541980" may instead reference the iOS / iPadOS build, which then forces the error with the parameter --platform "appletv"`. Emphasising again that a tvOS build does exist because we successfully download the latest App Store tvOS build version above (and incidentally I've used this app on all platforms for some years)

To emphasise again, I can successfully download the latest tvOS app release, but not previous App Store releases

Edit: I have tried using the --app-id parameter in place of the --bundle-identifier identifier where possible with no change in results
