Does this work on iPadOS 27?

Can someone confirm that this works even though I have the latest iPadOS 27.0.1?

Ive been trying another method that required an old version of iTunes that would not let me connect my iPad.

I'm a noob, I don't get a lot of what is going on here. I can probably follow the guide, but I don't understand it. So before I try this, can someone confirm if this works?

Please ask me for any other information you need. That's the level of noob I am, I don't know what I need to include here in this question.

EDIT: And what do I do with the file I downloaded: ipatool-2.7.0-windows-amd64.tar.gz

I really don't know how this works, but I'm desperate to get an older version of Lightroom on my iPad because Adobe keeps making it worse! I'm so tired of their bullshit, so if I can get an older version, I'll be so happy. Hope someone are willing to help me.

(dont tell me about other photo editing apps, Im not new to that part of this.)

Edit 2: Im on a Windows 10 PC btw.

This is called a command-line tool, so you would use Command Prompt or Powershell to execute it on Windows, or Terminal to execute it on Mac. It's not compatible to install directly onto an iOS device.
