Workflows are plain text now
A .mobflow is a text file, one step per line, written the way you would tell a
tester. Blank lines and lines starting with # are ignored.

sign in with the admin accountSteps carry no type. Before each step runs, jev reads the sentence and tells
what it is: something to do, something to check (judged from the screen, never
acted on), or a sign-in. When a line could be read both ways, force it with a
prefix: assert: the cart is empty, login: sign in as the tester.
A sign-in step may use any credential defined as MOBAI_SECRET_<NAME>; jev picks
by the credential's name and the field's label. Name credentials the way the
step would say them: MOBAI_SECRET_ADMIN_EMAIL, MOBAI_SECRET_ADMIN_PASSWORD.
Workflows in the older JSON form still run.
This release also carries everything in 0.7.1: the prebuilt runner for every CI image (no compiling on the runner), the 8 minute start budget and the clearer timeout message.
