What's changed

• on now fails closed, before booting or mutating anything, on runtimes that cannot persist launchd disable overrides (iOS older than 18.5); off stays available on every runtime (#35, fixes #34). Verified empirically: overrides are lost on iOS 17.5 and 18.3, and persist on 18.6, 26.0 and newer.
• status and measure wording clarified: status counts managed launchd labels (not live processes) and measure reports phys_footprint, the figure Activity Monitor shows (#36, closes #30).
• simctl list failures now surface xcrun's stderr, with a hint to select a full Xcode when only the Command Line Tools are active (#37). Thanks @chroxify!
