Feature request: wallet auto-recharge and a funding API

We run Monid behind a product that resells agent tool usage to our own customers. GET /v1/wallet/balance and /v1/wallet/activities let us watch spend, but topping up is manual in app.monid.ai, so an unattended agent stops at a 402 the moment the wallet empties. We'd like:

1. Auto-recharge: a card on file, plus a threshold and amount (like the Vercel AI Gateway or Firecrawl), with an optional monthly cap.
2. A webhook or an alert when the balance falls below a threshold.
3. Optionally, a funding endpoint so a platform can top up from its own billing.
