feat(connectors): add Tavily connector in monid-ai/monid.

Tavily is missing from the public connector catalog. This adds Search, Extract, Crawl, Map, asynchronous Research, and a free reader for existing research jobs.

The connector shares bearer authentication and request settings, mirrors the documented REST inputs, requires explicit Crawl/Map limits, and polls Research with streaming disabled. Billable runs settle from Tavily’s native credit receipt, including zero; reading an existing job does not charge for its historical usage again. No engine, compiler, or dependency changes.

Validation

Full offline suite: 1,337 passed, 0 failed, 226 credential-gated skips.
Tavily contract/replay suite: 39 passed, 0 failed.
All five live provider smoke tests passed: Search, Extract, Crawl, Map, and one mini Research job. Results and native usage were checked; Research returned a cited report.
Full typecheck, scoped formatting/lint, engine version gate, and deterministic compilation passed.
