Adds FrankKi, a service that prints a letter and posts it to a street address in Germany or abroad. Through this connector an agent can take a user from "send this letter" to a paid, posted letter in six calls.

Billing
Every endpoint uses the FREE model. The letter itself is paid by the user on FrankKi's own Stripe checkout page, so no call spends Monid balance and Monid never holds money for a letter. Stripe places a hold; FrankKi captures it once the carrier has the letter and releases it if FrankKi's content review rejects the letter.
Auth
One header, X-FrankKi-Lane-Key, on a single host (https://backend.frankki.app/api/v1/public/monid/letter). The lane behind it was built for Monid's pooled tenancy: drafts are reachable only through the private tokens each run returns, so no endpoint lists another tenant's data, and replies carry no cost or carrier fields. We will hand the production key to you over whatever secure channel you prefer.
Notes for review
New leaf category postal-mail in connectors/categories.ts.
connectors/ids.lock.json gains only the six frankki#* ids. Running ids:check --update locally also rewrote entries for other providers, which I left out of this PR.
fromResponse unwraps FrankKi's {status, code, data, requestId} envelope. A 202 CONTENT_REVIEW_PENDING from checkout (a borderline letter waiting for human review) is relayed whole so the agent sees the code.
Error messages are bilingual, German first, then English after EN:.
Testing
Every endpoint has an endpoint.test.ts: happy path, provider error, schema gate with passing near-twins, and a live case gated on liveSkip("frankki"). provider.test.ts keeps the provenance check.
Happy paths and 401s are recordings made against production on 2026-10-27. Private tokens and signed URLs are replaced with placeholders. The 202 review hold and the 422 content refusal are synthetic-, because recording them needs a letter that trips our content screen.
deno task check, deno task lint and the fixture-size guard pass; the FrankKi suite passes 31/31 in replay.
With FRANKKI_CREDENTIALS_API_KEY set, the six live tests pass against production.
Design decisions are in openspec/changes/add-connector-frankki/design.md (D1 to D5).
Added FrankKi letter services for validating addresses, composing letters, getting postage quotes, previewing letters, checking out, and tracking delivery.
Letter previews include page images, pricing, and estimated delivery details. Checkout can return a content-review hold, and delivery tracking reports postal status.
Documentation
Added guidance on FrankKi services, supported inputs, and possible responses, including delivery options and cases where a country is unsupported.
