A voygr provider with 15 endpoints and one free resource, for two VOYGR APIs.
Places (category maps): voygr#enrich for one place, voygr#validate-batch and voygr#enrich-batch for up to 10,000 places as one async run per job, voygr#get-job, voygr#cancel-job, and voygr#suggest-places, which turns a plain-English request into up to six US places to call.
PlaceCall (category agentic-phone): voygr#place-call makes a real outbound phone call with an AI voice agent, as one async run per call. voygr#list-calls, voygr#get-call, voygr#call-events, voygr#answer-call (answers a question the call asks mid-call), voygr#cancel-call, voygr#list-skills, voygr#skill-manifest and voygr#me cover the rest of the call API.
voygr/sub-account: the workspace's own VOYGR sub-account, free to hold.
The openspec change is in openspec/changes/add-connector-voygr/: a proposal, a spec and tasks. It has no design.md, because the contract does not move.
How workspaces stay apart
Monid calls VOYGR with one key. On its own, that key would make every Monid workspace one VOYGR customer, with one call list and one set of call limits. So the connector gives each workspace a VOYGR sub-account and names it on every request in the X-Sub-Account header. VOYGR then applies that sub-account's own limits on request rate, calls at once and calls per day, and shows it only its own calls, suggestions and jobs.
Every endpoint binds voygr/sub-account with a keyless uses and one shared ensure. On a workspace's first run, ensure posts the reference monid:<scope key> to POST /v1/sub-accounts. VOYGR answers 200 with the existing sub-account for a reference it knows, so two first runs at once still end at one sub-account.
A provider-level lifecycle.start relays the 11 endpoints that have no lifecycle of their own. It reads the workspace's row and adds the header. With no row, it answers 503 SUB_ACCOUNT_UNAVAILABLE and sends nothing. place-call, validate-batch, enrich-batch and call-events have their own lifecycle and repeat the same check in every phase they have.
Outputs drop customer_id and recording_url at any depth. voygr#me keeps an allowlist of four fields. Nothing about Monid's own VOYGR account reaches a workspace.
connectors/voygr/connector.test.ts checks each of these on all 15 endpoints.
Billing, in VOYGR credits
One pool, default: VOYGR credits, $0.01 each at list price. A non-2xx answer settles at 0.
Endpoint
Charge
enrich
1 for any standard attributes, plus 1 per research field (owners and key_people cost 2, plus 1 per contact), plus 1 for verify_name or verify_address and 1 for verify_registered_address. The settle drops the standard credit when VOYGR refunds it: a request that also researches or checks, where no standard value comes back.
suggest-places
5 per answered request
place-call
10 when the call gets an answer, a refusal or a booking (outcome_charge_cents above 0), otherwise 0
validate-batch
1 per succeeded row
enrich-batch
succeeded rows times the one-place enrich price. VOYGR may charge some rows less than that full price, so the run can bill more than VOYGR charged.
the other 10
free
voygr#cancel-call is free, but VOYGR charges 10 for a cancel 30 seconds or more after pickup. That charge lands on the call's own place-call run, which reads the final call record.
Every workspace draws on Monid's one VOYGR balance. When it is empty, VOYGR answers 402 quota_exceeded, and that answer reaches the user as VOYGR sent it, at no charge. Its checkout_url is a top-up link for the key owner, which is Monid, not for the user.
Tests
deno task test: 1643 passed, 0 failed, 223 ignored. Upstream main at 09d5447: 1298 passed, 0 failed, 221 ignored. The difference is the voygr tests: 345 passed, 2 ignored (live tests that need a VOYGR key with sub-accounts enabled).
deno task check and deno task lint: clean. deno fmt --check on the changed files: clean.
deno task version:check: no contract-surface change.
deno task ids:check: the lock gains the 15 voygr ids and voygr/sub-account. It still reports drift that is on main today (78 new and 7 missing ids across 10 other connectors); this PR leaves that alone.
Fixtures: 24 recorded against api.voygr.tech with public businesses, 27 synthetic (synthetic- prefix). No test dials a phone.
What the reviewer should know
The connector needs a VOYGR API key with sub-accounts enabled. With an ordinary key, VOYGR answers 403 when the connector creates the workspace's sub-account, and every run fails before it starts. We will email support@monid.ai about the key and enable sub-accounts on it.
voygr#place-call needs accept_terms set to the exact sentence "I agree to the PlaceCall API Terms and Privacy Policy (version 2026-10-23)". The connector checks it and does not send it to VOYGR. Every call carries X-Client-Agent: monid:t20261023, which names the terms version. When the terms change, a connector PR changes the sentence and the version, and callers accept again.
VOYGR allows 10 voygr#suggest-places requests a minute and 1,000 a day, shared by every Monid workspace. A 429 SUGGEST_RATE_LIMITED costs nothing.
voygr#call-events reads finished calls only. VOYGR keeps a running call's event stream open, and Monid's transport reads the whole body (engine/transport.ts), so a running call answers 409 CALL_STILL_RUNNING at once. A running call's questions show in pending_questions on voygr#get-call.
Two things we could not check from this repo:
The connector relies on scope.key naming one workspace on the hosted platform, as engine/interfaces/mod.ts describes ("an opaque tenant hash"). If two workspaces shared a scope key, they would share a sub-account.
voygr#enrich waits up to 3,700 seconds for a research request. Nothing in the engine caps that. We don't know whether the hosted runtime does.
Adds the VOYGR provider and 15 endpoints for place enrichment, suggestions, calls, account and skill data, and batch jobs. The provider creates or reuses a workspace sub-account and forwards its ID in X-Sub-Account. The connector adds strict input schemas, credit calculations, lifecycle handling, fixtures, tests, and OpenSpec documentation.
Priority: Normal
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 015c6
The connector adds workspace-scoped VOYGR operations. No merge-blocking failure was established, though hosted workspace-key uniqueness remains unverified.
