feat(connectors): add Data Legion enrichment variants

Openwjyznb20050505-commitswants to merge intofrom

Add six Data Legion enrichment variants: four person variants and two company variants, each using its own API key.

Billing follows the supplied Pay-As-You-Go contract in USD. Successful matched calls are charged once, regardless of record count; empty matches and non-2xx responses consume zero.

Includes shared input schemas, synthetic fixtures, credential-routing tests, endpoint IDs, and a CLI fix for non-ASCII checkout paths.

Validation

  • Whole-repository typecheck passed.
  • Data Legion and PDL offline tests, including isolated credential audits: 40 passed, 0 failed, 8 live tests skipped.
  • Data Legion lint and formatting checks passed.

Pending acceptance

Live connector and direct curl requests currently return HTML 403 responses. Key permissions, field entitlements, and actual vendor billing still require verification.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • Added six Data Legion company and person enrichment options, including PII and non-PII variants. Each uses its own API key and per-call pricing; unsuccessful or unmatched requests are free.
  • Documentation
    • Added usage guidance covering credentials, input options, access requirements, pricing, and verification.
  • Tests
    • Added offline coverage for billing, validation, and request handling, plus opt-in live checks. Live acceptance remains pending.

Walkthrough

Adds six DataLegion company and person enrichment endpoints. Each endpoint uses its own API key and applies per-call billing when a successful response contains matches. Shared schemas, synthetic fixtures, offline tests, opt-in live tests, request-audit tests, and connector documentation are added. The change also updates script repository-root path handling.

Priority: Normal

Merge Risk: Low · up to f4b49

The connector has test and rate-provenance gaps, but no demonstrated billing or credential-routing failure. Add the citation and strengthen the checks before relying on the new variants.

A few questions for review:

  1. Live requests return HTML 403 responses, both through the connector and direct curl. Could you help confirm the enterprise API base URL, any IP allowlist requirements, and whether all six key variants are activated?

  2. Billing currently charges once for a successful response with nonempty matches, regardless of record count. Empty matches and errors are free. Does this match the intended contract behavior?

Run the isolated request audit in CI.

deno task test does not pass --isolated-request-audit, so all six audit tests remain ignored. The ordinary endpoint tests inject credentials through directTransport.params; they do not exercise the default environment resolver, legacy or alias exclusion, or missing-credential fallback behavior. The audit uses a mocked network boundary and does not require network permission.

Suggested CI step
       - run: deno task check
       - run: deno task test
+ - run: deno test --allow-read --allow-write --allow-env connectors/datalegion/request-audit.test.ts -- --isolated-request-audit
