Adds a native Pangolinfo Scraper API connector so Monid can retrieve Amazon data, Rufus shopping answers and Google Maps local-business results with bounded inputs and provider-native billing.
Changes
Add ten endpoints: pangolinfo#amazon/{product,search,bestsellers,new-releases,category,seller,offers,reviews,rufus} and pangolinfo#maps/local.
Use Bearer authentication, fixed JSON parsers and explicit page/result caps; reject callback and arbitrary parser overrides.
Adapt HTTP 200 business errors while preserving the complete code/message/pointCost/data envelope. Positive receipts preserve paid semantic results (including 9201/9204/9206); explicit zero receipts suppress derived usage. Rufus refusal (9207) is unbilled.
Meter native Pangolinfo points: standard JSON pages 1, reviews 5/page, Rufus 6/answered turn, Maps 1.5/request. Actual pointCost takes precedence where available; Maps/Rufus use derived usage when no receipt is returned.
Include 34 offline tests, five minimized live-response fixtures, explicitly named synthetic fixtures, connector documentation and an OpenSpec proposal/spec/task record. All ten endpoints have an endpoint.test.ts entrypoint using shared compiled-artifact wire/replay cases. Add only this provider's ten IDs to the identity lock.
Fix CLI repository-root conversion with fromFileUrl so Windows paths resolve correctly.
Dedicated variant expansion, Alexa Listing/question discovery and async callbacks are outside this initial scope. No engine/schema changes or engine version bump are needed.
Hosted Monid onboarding
Pangolinfo asks the Monid operator/team to register its own dedicated account at https://tool.pangolinfo.com/, obtain its permanent API Key, and purchase/fund credits through the official portal. Configure that key in Monid's hosted credential store as PANGOLINFO_CREDENTIALS_API_KEY.
This account is for the Monid operator; hosted end users continue to authenticate with Monid. The proposed starting arrangement is an ordinary prepaid Pangolinfo account. Monid's acceptance, the public USD-per-point rate, production endpoint access and concurrency allowance still need agreement before hosted activation. The connector does not invent a USD conversion or imply commercial acceptance. Contributor testing credentials are not included and must not be used for production.
Validation
Repository typecheck and compile: passed.
Initial full repository test suite (commit 2291914): 1319 passed, 0 failed, 222 credential-gated cases ignored.
After review corrections (commit c630c68): repository typecheck and compile passed; Pangolinfo offline tests: 34 passed, 0 failed, with one credential-gated live test skipped. The full unrelated-provider suite was not repeated after the connector-only corrections.
Changed-file formatting, connector/CLI lint and git diff --check: passed.
All ten endpoints called live on 2026-10-29: nine returned code=0; offers returned the billed 9201 no-other-sellers outcome. Maps returned business records; Rufus returned an answered turn. Captures were minimized and scrubbed before fixture inclusion.
Pangolinfo identity check: all ten compiled IDs match the lock, with existing identities preserved.
Known upstream baseline issue: global deno task ids:check reports 78 unregistered IDs and 7 removed/renamed identities from unrelated connectors. This PR intentionally adds only Pangolinfo's ten IDs rather than rewriting other providers' lock entries. The global identity check is therefore not reported as passing.
Review corrections
Replace unavailable /introduction links with the live provider API references. All five destination pages returned HTTP 200 when checked on 2026-10-29. Cite public pricing URLs and verification date beside the provider rate card and shared test rate table.
Accept only category node IDs and seller IDs in content; remove unsupported ?page=N fragments. The provider URL builder concatenates content into rh=n%3A... or me=..., so those fragments do not reliably select a later page. Seller pageCount remains the explicit first-N-pages control.
Count successful review data.json[] page entries containing result arrays, capped by the request. Sparse and empty successful pages remain pages, with no row-count division. Explicit zero receipts still suppress usage. Add regressions for short/empty pages, failed entries, request caps and zero receipts.
Accept the review API's documented marketplace values alongside url; constrain search URLs to the /s path with a nonempty k query; validate supported ZIP/postal codes before transport.
Assert the complete usage object, including evidence and any mismatch, in every happy-path replay. Keep endpoint-specific test entrypoints and share the wire/replay implementation.
Seller-page evidence finding: the provider merges successful seller pages into one results array and clears pagination metadata; it does not expose a delivered-page count. pointCost=1 cannot establish that exactly one page arrived because receipts may include account discounts. The endpoint therefore retains the requested page cap as the fallback evidence, while the authoritative receipt determines the actual debit. This limitation and the expected usage.mismatch.derived upper bound are documented and pinned in partial-delivery/discount tests. No page count is fabricated from the merged array or from the receipt.

Add endpoint.test.ts per endpoint, or list the untested endpoints in the PR body.
This sync provider has 10 endpoints. The PR adds one provider.test.ts and no endpoint.test.ts files. The PR description does not list untested endpoints with reasons.
Move each endpoint's cases into endpoints/<e>/endpoint.test.ts. Keep the shared helpers in a provider-level file. Use the sync precedents: akta for GET and exa for POST.
As per path instructions: "a sync provider with fewer endpoint.test.ts files than endpoints, unless the PR body lists every untested endpoint with its reason".
