Feature request: publish BeautifulRust in the ChatGPT / Codex Plugins Directory

Would you consider packaging BeautifulRust as a skills-only plugin and submitting it to the public Plugins Directory shared by ChatGPT and Codex?

The existing npm/manual installation options are useful. A directory listing would make the project easier to discover and install directly from the app, with all three complementary skills available together:

• rust-best-practices
• rust-review
• rust-port

Suggested scope

• Bundle the existing skills and their reference files in a supported plugin package, keeping the current skill sources as the source of truth.
• Test skill discovery and the writing, review, and porting workflows on the supported surfaces, and document any execution requirements or limitations.
• Submit the package for public directory review and, once approved and published, add the listing link to the README.

OpenAI's current submission documentation explicitly supports plugins containing only skills, so this should not require adding an MCP server just for distribution. Publication is subject to the publisher setup and review process.
