CAUTION

There is a know issue (#404) that may cause data corruption when using WAL mode on Windows under high concurrency. The bug has likely existed ever since WAL mode support was added to Windows in v0.20.2 2 years ago. Since this is not a regression, I decided not to block the release waiting for a fix.
