Allow hiding Remote Input and Remote Monitor from the application library

In Vibepollo 2.0.2 nightly on Windows, Remote Input and Remote Monitor appear alongside games in both the host Library and Moonlight’s application list. Neither entry has a hide or disable option, and deletion is blocked.

Please consider adding independent toggles to hide these built-in entries from both lists, persisting across restarts and updates. This would keep the game library uncluttered for users who do not use these features.
