Media toast shows MPRIS Identity instead of track metadata for Chromium/Electron players

Description

When pressing the "Next/Previous Track" media keys, Omarchy's media toast is displaying the MPRIS player's Identity string instead of the actual track title and artist. The track metadata is correctly being exposed over MPRIS, it's just not being used by the toast.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Pear Desktop (a fork of th-ch/youtube-music, running as an Electron/Chromium app)
2. Start playing any song
3. Press the "Next Track" keyboard media key
4. Observe the Omarchy toast that appears

Expected behavior

The toast should display the track information from MPRIS metadata (e.g. "Pjanoo (Radio Edit) - Eric Prydz").

Actual behavior

The toast displays the player's MPRIS Identity (com.github.th-ch.youtube-music) instead of the song information.

Suggested Fix

When building the media change toast, prefer xesam:title and xesam:artist from MPRIS metadata. Only fall back to org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.Identity (or DesktopEntry) if the metadata is missing or empty. Many Chromium/Electron apps (like this fork of YouTube Music) have less user-friendly Identity strings, so relying on them is causing this regression.
