Bring minimized windows back when a workspace stops floating
Problem
Super+M (omarchy-hyprland-window-minimize) sends a window to special:minimized; only the dock, shown on floating workspaces, brings it back. Super+L (omarchy-hyprland-workspace-layout-toggle) cycling the workspace to dwindle or scrolling removes the dock, leaving the minimized window on special:minimized with no way to reach it.
Repro (verified in a VM): floating workspace with a window, Super+M, then Super+L to tiling. The window stays on special:minimized; there is no dock and no restore path.
Change
When a workspace leaves the floating layout, move the windows tagged omarchy-minimized-from-<workspace> back to it. Validated: the window returns to the workspace on the layout change.
Found while testing Omarchy 4.5.0-rc1.
