Try Omarchy 1.0.1: Superwhisper settings cannot open without a Vulkan driver

Problem

The ARM64 factory package manifest shipped with Try Omarchy 1.0.1 includes superwhisper-bin 1.0.2-1, mesa 1:26.2.4-1 and vulkan-icd-loader 1.4.363.0-1, but no Vulkan driver packages.

In the affected guest, /usr/share/vulkan/icd.d did not exist. Launching Superwhisper displayed “Settings could not open”. Running /opt/superwhisper/bin/superwhisper-settings directly reported:

superwhisper-settings: the window could not open: No GPU adapter found that can configure the display surface

Expected: the preinstalled application's settings window opens without manually installing graphics dependencies.

The missing driver packages are confirmed in the 1.0.1 factory manifest. Runtime behavior was observed in the installed guest; a separate clean-factory reproduction has not been performed.

Verified workaround

omarchy pkg add vulkan-swrast vulkan-virtio

This installed both drivers at 1:26.2.4-1, plus vulkan-mesa-implicit-layers. The unchanged desktop launcher then opened the settings window and loaded its configuration. No reboot was needed.

Both drivers were installed together, so this test does not establish which one was used or whether hardware acceleration is available.

Suggested fix

Ensure the ARM64 image provides a Vulkan implementation usable by the preinstalled Superwhisper settings application.
