Remote control from Codex mobile fails with "computer is locked" despite locked use being enabled

What issue are you seeing?

When I use the Codex mobile app to remotely control the Codex desktop app, the operation fails with a "computer is locked" error, even though the option to allow use while the computer is locked is enabled in the desktop app.

This prevents me from using the desktop app remotely from mobile while the computer is locked.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Enable the option to allow use while the computer is locked in the Codex desktop app.
2. Lock the desktop computer.
3. Use the Codex mobile app to remotely control the desktop app.
4. Observe that the operation fails with a "computer is locked" error.

What is the expected behavior?

With locked use enabled in the Codex desktop app, remote control from the Codex mobile app should work while the desktop computer is locked, without a "computer is locked" error.
