Command replies such as /w, /channels, and usage errors appear in the mesh timeline even when issued in a channel or DM. /clear also misses the selected geohash and leaves process-wide history available to reappear on a later snapshot. Route local command replies to the active conversation, clear only its history in both state projections, preserve other conversations and replay dedup records, and show the optional password in /join help.

This fixes the conversation-placement behavior reported in #69 and #123. Unsupported commands still produce an error, now in the conversation where they were entered; this does not introduce /save or /transfer features.
Validation:
- Six new regression tests fail on main and pass with this change.

testDebugUnitTest lintDebugcompletes: 618 app tests and 216 Wear tests, zero failures, three existing skips. Lint reports existing repository diagnostics; no findings point to added lines. - Final focused command/message-store run completes: 31 tests, zero failures, three existing skips.

Risk: local message/history presentation and clear behavior. No packet or transport format changes. Physical Mesh Lab validation and before/after UI screenshots have not been completed, so this PR remains a draft.

heyaim20d ago/clear can clear a different channel from the one displayed. After tapping a geohash link in a classic channel, /clear left the classic history visible and cleared the hidden geohash history. Prioritizing private chats, then the classic channel, then geohash resolved this in my emulator test. Private-chat, classic-only, geohash-only, and mesh-only Robolectric checks passed too.
Tested through the app’s chat UI in an Android emulator with synthetic messages, normal startup bypassed, and networking disabled. No physical-device test.
