docs(changelog): 29 October notes the affected models list in retired model routing settings

• The October changelog gets a 29 October date with one Product entry for #3357: Settings -> Routing -> Retired model routing now lists Your affected models, with each model's replacement, price comparison and redirect outcome, plus Choose replacement. It links to the guide's "See which of your models are affected" section.
• The same entry is in all 8 translations, using each language's labels from the settings page and the 24 October entry. Translation freshness is recorded for each page.

Why

The user asked whether retired model routing was in the changelog on the right dates. Checking the changelog on main against the related PRs showed:

• The launch (24 October), the price rule (#3211) and the 410 behaviour (15 October) were already there, on the right dates.
• #3357, merged 2026-10-29 12:46 UTC, had no entry, and there was no 29 October date at all.

The user asked to add #3357. Retirements such as Solar Pro 3 (#3223) are left out on purpose: the user said the changelog doesn't log them.

How

• The new <Update label="October 29, 2026"> with a Product section goes above 28 October in each language's v1/changelog.mdx.
• The date is #3357's merge date (UTC), as the changelog guide says.
• The sparkle and field fix (#3374) has no entry, because it's a small interface tweak.
