Failed tests on my available CPUs

When testing builds on v0.687, there are a number of failed tests on my machines.

One machine is a VPS cloud instance, another is a bare metal Intel Xeon. I'll include /proc/cpuinfo for each.

I've run build_all_fast.sh and build_all_fast_glibc.sh and both have errors.

The VPS runs on a zfs-fuse filesystem, so please ignore the fileiotest failure, which I believe is due to that specifically.
