This biggest change in this release is the introduction of parallel GC and a bunch of GC bug fixes. This fixes all of the GC bugs I could find by running stress tests for weeks.

Additional fixes:

Fixes to inline assembly handling.
Added automangling of version scripts. Simply pass --version-script=libwhatever.map instead of -Wl,--version-script=libwhatever.map.
Make thread local linking use the same ABI as the rest of linking, which makes it easy to mention them in version scripts.
Improve handling of kernel headers.
Add a handful of obscure syscalls.
