Every organization gets monthly included CI minutes and AI credits on its plan. When you exceed those allowances—or want headroom without upgrading seats—you draw from a prepaid wallet. Auto-refill is optional.

### How does the wallet work?

Your organization keeps a prepaid balance. Card top-ups add hard balance; plan allowances and promos add soft balance. Soft is spent first. Usage meters accumulate as pending charges, settle every minute, and paid features pause if pending exceeds what's available.

### What is included on my plan vs pay-as-you-go?

Seats unlock collaboration features and a monthly bundle of included CI minutes and AI credits. Those allowances are soft balance that resets each billing period. Anything beyond included usage—or usage after allowances are exhausted—draws from your wallet at the rates on this page.

### Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Create a free organization and use included allowances without checkout. Add a payment method only when you want wallet top-ups or a paid seat plan.

### How are seats billed?

Team, Business, and Enterprise are per member per month on the organization. Seats unlock features and included allowances—not unlimited metered usage. Upgrade from Settings → Billing or the in-app Plans page.

### Can I set auto-refill?

Yes. When your available balance drops below a threshold, we can charge your saved payment method and credit hard balance automatically. You control threshold and refill amount in org billing settings.

### Can I talk to someone about Enterprise?
