I'm a huge fan of Playwriter. It's immensely powerful and one of the best browser use MCPs out there.
That said, the name causes a lot of problems:
- It's almost impossible to find on Google search (even with strict search params)
- LLMs constantly "correct" to use Playwright over Playwriter. Time and time again, Opus/Codex, etc. constantly misinterpret Playwriter as Playwright. They either go off-track and use the Playwright MCP, or they write Playwright scripts.
I'm not great at naming things, but I think this project would benefit greatly from a canonical name change.

In conversation, it is also usually confusing to people (they assume I mean playwright until I emphasis it's not playwright)
