This is finally cleaned up pretty well with namespacing standardized on baochip-sdk, baochip_sdk, and the bcs_ function name prefix. This is set up so a C project should be able to conveniently build the SDK, with all its drivers written in Rust, then include baochip_sdk.h and link against libbaochip_sdk.a.
