[Feature] Share project with new users

Description

It seems that it is currently not possible to share a project with new users. This would be an interesting feature. Potentially centralization of LLM provider & jev keys could also be interesting so one can use project bound keys instead of user bound keys.

Motivation

For larger projects it makes sense to work with multiple operators. In theory you can backup the project and load it for other users but this seems sloppy.

Proposed Implementation

• ACL for projects
• option to have centralized settings for all users (?)
