Add sweater weather and animated appearances

• Add opt-in sweater weather: macOS Location Services plus Open-Meteo enable sweaters below 60°F / 15.56°C and disable them at or above it. No API key; only rounded coordinates leave the Mac.
• Check weather hourly, on demand, and after wake when the last check is stale. Preserve the current state on failures and let manual toggles exit automation.
• Add a 300 ms outward reveal for activation, new windows, and returns after resize/hide. Clip a cached image of the finished fabric so stitches stay fixed and opaque.
• Keep movement from restarting the reveal, honor Reduce Motion, and release animation images when windows hide, close, or finish animating. Original hiding during live resize remains; the sweater reveals after settling.
• Validate with make test, make catalogue, the universal app build, and a recorded two-window test on macOS 26.6.2. Tests cover pixels at 1x/2x, reappearance, Reduce Motion, weather validation/cancellation, and hourly wake behavior.

Draft: Intel/older macOS runtime and the real location-permission flow still need hands-on checks. The recording uses a controlled weather trigger.
