v6.6.2 is a patch release focused on RPC and node-serving stability. The most impactful changes are the RPC-side fixes: the inbound P2P accept rate is now configurable with a higher default (#3939), and the state store DB layer honors context cancellation so abandoned queries no longer keep doing work (#3957).
Upgrade guidance: recommended for RPC and full-node operators. Optional for validators — there are no state-machine or consensus-affecting changes, so validators can upgrade at their convenience.
