Title: diagnosing-superpowers: a fix request in the same turn as the skill is left after an intake question (Cursor)
- I searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate (searched: "diagnosing-superpowers fix"; "diagnosing"; closest: #2510 executing-plans claimed a phase done with verify lines unmet, and #2386 test-driven-development not invoked for a plain add-a-function request)

Is this a Superpowers issue or a platform issue?
- I confirmed this issue does not occur without Superpowers installed
The reporter has not tried reproducing without superpowers. Evidence for involvement is below; it does not establish cause.
What happened?
The partner quoted a status that Faz 7 was not closed and the verdict was "tanı gerekli", and asked for the reason and a fix in the same message as diagnosing-superpowers. The status at transcript line 876 was written in the "devam" turn with no SKILL.md read. The approved follow-up at transcript line 654, a rerun including F and a later player_line step, did not run. diagnosing-superpowers was inlined at transcript lines 882 and 887. The skill text says a press for a fix does not waive the report. The assistant asked what was expected (transcript line 885) instead of both reporting and changing the product.
Steps to reproduce
- Run an implementation plan through a phase whose exit is a written verdict.
- Leave a named follow-up unrun and record the verdict as still open.
- Invoke diagnosing-superpowers and, in the next message, quote that verdict and ask to find the reason and fix it.
Expected behavior
The partner expected the reason for the open verdict to be found and the cause fixed.
Actual behavior
The open verdict stayed because the named follow-up did not run. After diagnosing-superpowers was attached, the assistant asked an intake question. The skill text and the fix request were both present on the later turn.
