Pre-commit hook's isolated env lacks PyYAML — suite collection crashes with INTERNALERROR

.githooks/pre-commit runs uvx pytest in an isolated environment without PyYAML; ci-score's collect_config.py calls sys.exit(1) at import when yaml is missing, which aborts pytest collection with INTERNALERROR — the hook reports failure on a clean tree with no test having run. Known fix: uvx --with pyyaml pytest (and the pipx arm equivalently), matching ci.yml's pip install pytest pyyaml. Until fixed, contributors need --no-verify plus a manual suite run.
