Is there any way to visualize progress of individual agents and what they're doing inside of the ralph loop? Running ./scripts/ralph/ralph.sh --tool claude 20 but I unfortunately only see Ralph Iteration 1 of 20 (claude).

Seeing only Iteration 1 of 20 is exactly the kind of signal that feels informative but is operationally useless.
The real question is not "which iteration am I on?" It is:
- what did the agent actually change
- what step is it blocked on right now
- what evidence says the run is advancing instead of just narrating work
- what condition would force it to stop
That is why a lot of loop tooling feels opaque even when it is technically printing status.
A small progress surface that shows last meaningful delta, current blocker, and stop reason would usually be more valuable than a more verbose transcript.
This is one of the reasons newer control/evidence tooling has started moving toward receipt-style run summaries instead of only loop counters and raw output.
