Add Automatic Restart Support for Shizuku without ADB or Wi-Fi

• I am using the latest version of Shizuku

Problem

Please add support for automatically restarting Shizuku after a device reboot without requiring Wi-Fi or a PC for ADB activation. Similar to the Automate app, Shizuku should restore its previous running state automatically after reboot, making it accessible without manual intervention or additional connections.
