Added notification that alerts user whenever Shizuku crashes. Tapping it opens the wiki to the section that lists potential fixes. Can be disabled via notification categories (See #35)

Shizuku now launches if the watchdog notification is tapped (See #36)

Fixed bug where start on boot setting was showing incorrect default state (See #27 and #28)

Fixed bug in original Shizuku where authorized apps count wouldn't update unless the app was force closed or the service was restarted (See #31)

Fixed bug in original Shizuku where newly installed Shizuku-enabled apps wouldn't display in the Authorized Apps screen unless the service was restarted (See #29)

Removed unused permissions and made other small changes
