Changelog:

Added a toggle to grant/revoke Shizuku permission for all apps at once (See #42)
Toggling TCP mode now shows a prompt to restart Shizuku, so that the setting takes effect immediately. Shizuku will wait for Wi-Fi before restarting to minimize downtime (See #43)
