[Bug]: Restricted from editing database on iPad in browser

What happened?

Even though it is the same as the desktop version of the app that you see, I cannot find a way to enable database editing in the web app on iPad.

I would expect to be able to edit, if not on a smartphone, on the iPad or other tablet.
