#24
Create a faster question-first launch cut with measured xterm comparisons
Revise the Remotion launch film into a faster, more substantial product/speed flex while retaining the existing 23.816667-second / 1,429-frame duration.
Acceptance:
- Open with a question, then introduce Wraith. Add faster switches, dramatic 3D angle changes, edge-to-face reveals, a punch-through reveal and opposing browser transitions. Preserve the BIA track and shared ghost.
- Run matched current-build comparisons against xterm.js DOM and WebGL on dense, dashboard and scrolling workloads. Record source hashes, raw runs, renderer versions, machine/browser, grid and methodology. Measure serially without capture/render work in parallel.
- Add actual xterm/Wraith footage, a same-bytes/same-grid shot, a WebGL throughput comparison and a DOM CPU-time comparison. Do not fake xterm lag or confuse GPU throughput with display FPS.
- Retain readable workload/profile/hardware context. Limit claims to the measured results, use conservative comparison bounds and keep the native benchmark distinct from compatible-path comparisons.
- Validate TypeScript, key-frame/motion sheets, full decode, unchanged frame count and audio levels. Preserve the earlier cut; keep recordings and exports local. Commit the milestone and open a linked PR stacked on #23.
