feat(firefox): snapshots, refs and element commands on Firefox

Firefox sessions could not take snapshots or act on elements, so the core agent workflow did not work.
This adds snapshots with refs from Firefox's accessibility tree, plus click, fill, type, keys, queries and dialogs, reusing the shared page JS and snapshot renderer.
Builds on #2205; continued in #2207.

shadow refs go stale on first use when the host has no id
find role img never matches (firefox says image), and find role none returns a random element
--name prefers exact match first, chrome picks first substring match
a few errors come out raw (TypeError on select, SyntaxError on bad xpath)
