docs: add RepoCloud one-click deploy button

Adds a one-click deployment button for RepoCloud to provide users with an easy way to deploy PentAGI on a dedicated VPS.

• Adds a One-Click Deploy subsection with the RepoCloud button to README.md, at the end of the Quick Start installer steps
