I am noticing that the whenever I open a warp session, the terminal stuck at "starting windows powershell"

Describe the bug

Last time my session was getting stucked and keep on running and sometime it reflect that my model has failed and it falling back to other model. but athat also taking long hours to progress.

Also Opening new tab shows "starting windows powershell" & "starting shell" and keep stucked there.

I have remove and reinstalled the WARP but still facing the same issue again post warp reinstallation. This issue is also ther for WSL-almalinux shell

I have also disabled the MCP I have setup post warp installation. warp version v0.2026.10.14.08.27.stable_01

To reproduce

open new tab on warp and its stucked there as "starting windows powershell" or "starting shell"

Expected behavior

Once we click new tab a new terminal should come and take the query

I concluded that windows regression where new Warp sessions hang indefinitely at the shell bootstrap prompt for PowerShell and WSL..
