Import macOS Phone and FaceTime call history

The situation

Phone and FaceTime call history lives in a local macOS database. The archive daemon may run on Linux, so it cannot read that source directly.

What works today, and why it is not enough

#1406 accepts normalized call observations, but importing macOS history still requires extracting SQLite rows and constructing those observations by hand.

Ask

Add a client-side calls import-macos command that reads a consistent snapshot, includes committed WAL records, and imports through the existing daemon API. Preserve scoped source fields and unknown states and keep participant attribution explicit.
