#463

Adapt the mobile runtime to Wine 11.20

Draftintraducinewants to merge intofrom

Adapts Madeira's native runtime to Wine 11.20 in willfaust/wine#65. This source PR is a draft. Keep it paired with that Wine revision; the complete matching DLL package and device validation are still required.

Stacked on #444. Pins Wine to da527a195b1d31c7770062e3023e1d9a63eb6b6d.

  • Update native class, window, message, display and server adapters for the new interfaces. Preserve child desktops, input, guest address windows, storage metadata and shared-object alignment.
  • Adapt OpenGL 41 and Vulkan 48. Keep EAGL framebuffer contexts alive, delete objects in their own context, and keep Wine's ownership of Vulkan client surfaces.
  • Update ARM64 context transfer without overwriting x18, the iOS thread register. Adapt media parser flags/format and certificate-export tables, including every WoW64 embedded pointer.
  • Retain the existing mobile loader/kernel interface and GnuTLS backend. Build all server sources again and stop ntdll packaging after any compile failure. Keep fallbacks for the iOS 17 target.

Validation on Xcode 27.1 / iPhoneOS 27.1 SDK / iOS 17 target: all 41 ntdll/native adapter units, all 47 win32u units and the complete server build produce their static archives. Rebuilt the pinned crypto, FreeType and FFmpeg dependencies. The EAGL Objective-C bridge passes syntax checking. Nineteen focused host suites pass, including ASan/UBSan checks, window geometry/visibility, child desktops, controller transport, WMA audio, server requests, surface lifetime, ARM64 context conversion and WoW64 certificate export. Wine's seven host suites and focused aarch64/ARM64EC builds also pass.

Required before readiness: rebuild all shipped Wine PE DLLs and matching DXMT, run the full app link/package checks, then test on iPad in standalone and LiveContainer runs. The tracked old DLL package is not rebuilt by this source PR. No device, GPU or gameplay result is claimed. Concurrent EAGL surface migration retains the existing busy-owner teardown fallback.

See docs/WINE_UPSTREAM.md for the compatibility choices, build evidence and release gates. Roll back the Wine pin, native archives and DLL package together if device tests fail.
