over sftp tab save status circle doesn't update when its actually saved

Reproduction steps

Open file over sftp with zed(i'm on linux using dolphin to open the sftp session which I assume maybe uses fuse or something?)
Edit file
save file

Once you do this the status circle(blue in my case in the tab next to the file name) doesn't actually update even though the file on the machine has already changed. It does eventually update, but it takes awhile.

Current vs. Expected behavior

Currently save circle takes awhile to save so you think it hasn't happened yet.

Expected once you click save and the file has actually been saved over sftp it should update instantly so you know its saved.
