Serial output in terminal displayed incorrectly

Reproduction steps

  1. install rust & cargo
  2. Arch linux, WSL, everything installed on there
  3. install cargo-image-runner
  4. install qemu-x86_64
  5. Set up UART serial output with uart-16550 crate on kernel
  6. output a few lines with content and no content, all appended with /r/n
  7. run uefi kernel on qemu through cargo run (runner set to cargo-image-runner)
  8. observe output in zeds terminal
  9. resize zeds terminal
  10. observe new output
