Quick Start (Mac Studio)

1. Clone/pull the repo to your Mac Studio
2. Run the build script:

   ./build-mac.sh

3. Install the app from src-tauri/target/aarch64-apple-darwin/release/bundle/

Ollama Setup

Make sure Ollama is running on your Mac Studio:

ollama serve

Verify models are available:

curl http://localhost:11434/api/tags

Default model: qwen-coder-next:32k
